EVLIT LLC has taken significant measures to protect the privacy and security of personal information. “Personal Information” is any information that would allow to identify or contact clients. Such personal information includes clients’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, facsimile numbers or e-mail addresses.

Personal information will be used solely for the purpose for which it was collected, which is to assist EVLIT LLC. in the rapid recovery of your lost assets.

EVLIT LLC does not sell, share, trade, or otherwise disclose any personal information unless legally required to do so. An example of a situation requiring legal disclosure of our clients’ personal information may occur in connection with providing the trustee or holder of the assets with identifying information necessary to verify that you are the intended recipient of assets. The trustee and holder of the assets are just as concerned about Identity Theft and Fraud as you are and this is why they often require such information.

EVLIT LLC has developed internal procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information that is provided to us by our clients. All personally identifiable information is subject to restricted access even among our employees. EVLIT LLC’s security measures are designed to protect the disclosure, loss, or misuse of information under our control. Once a recovery is complete, we make a substantial effort to remove personal information from our database and files. We shred all confidential and private information once the recovery process is completed.

EVLIT LLC attempts to protect all Confidential Information provided to EVLIT by its clients from disclosure to any person or entities other than the authorized EVLIT employee assigned to a client’s case.

The term “Confidential Information” includes all proprietary or trade secret information relating to our clients including information regarding our client’s business operations, client’s, financial information, strategies of recovery and any notes, analyses, compilations, studies, interpretations, any documents prepared by our clients.

The term “Confidential Information” does not include any information which (a) at the time of a client’s disclosure is generally available to or known by the public, EVLIT or representatives; (b) was available to EVLIT prior to disclosure by our client, or (c) becomes available to EVLIT on a non-confidential basis from a person other than our client.

If EVLIT receives a request to disclose all or any Confidential Information under the terms of a valid and effective subpoena or order issued, EVLIT will (I) immediately notify our client of the existence, terms and circumstances surrounding such a request, (II) consult with our client on the advisability of taking legally available steps to resist or narrow such request.
