Locating Clients
Our highly trained team of research professionals, private investigators, and genealogists use every tool available to locate our clients. We utilize our own databases and have even knocked on the doors of relatives and former neighbors to find our clients. This is the most time-consuming and costly part of the recovery process and can take from one month to several years.
Each potential client is assigned to one of our claims managers. The assigned claims manager contacts the party of interest and determines the most effective way of claiming the funds. The claims manager then prepares a simple standard customer agreement outlining the terms of the transaction.
Preparing and Submitting Claims.
- 1.Delivery of documents to client:
Our claims processors then arrange to have the documents delivered to potential owner asset’s and invite a Notary public from our nationwide network to notarize and collect all necessary documentation and return it to EVLIT LLC. - 2.Claim assembly and quality control:
Once the documents are returned to our claims processing department, the claim package is assembled by . It then goes through two additional quality control levels before it is filed with the holding agency of the assets. - 3.Document preparation:
At this point in the process, it is imperative to leverage our network of attorneys to fight for our claim to be assessed and processed as quickly as possible. The entities that hold these funds often lack the incentive to distribute accounts to their rightful owners, which makes it key for our attorneys to be assertive and enforce our claim in order to reach a resolution.

Our specialist and legal team of claims processors prepares all documents, pleadings, declarations, and affidavits required to document the rights to the assets.
- 4. Notification that the claim has been filed: A confirmation letter is sent informing our client when the claim was submitted .

Communication and follow up
We pride ourselves on maintaining constant communication with our customers throughout the recovery process, and our proprietary claims management system provides instant access to information and claim status.
Our claims processing team monitors the communication process and receives and answers all correspondences and questions from the holding agencies and ensures that all timelines are met.
Determination and payment of claim
We will notify you when the asset holder approves your claim. We will make sure that there is no delay in receiving your check.
Once those funds are received, you will get the check to you with a final accounting and customer survey.
